Apply For A Rental 

Pre-approval simply means we will not collect an application fee from you until after we review your application. If you are pre-approved, we will send you an invoice through PayPal to pay for the application fee. We may also contact you and ask any other questions we may have, (if necessary). 

If it is more than one applicant, they must fill out a separate application. Please include the co-applicant's name(s) on your application. 

 

The application fee is $50 for each applicant to cover the screening process. Please make sure you fill out the application as accurately as possible and include all required documents. This will help to avoid being denied later after the screening process and paying unnecessary application fees.

Please Note:
Preapproval does not mean you are approved for tenancy until the screening process is complete.
